We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2021, at the age of 76, Cherrie Nicholson of Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Nicholson and Adella Nicholson; her sisters, Eloise Calvert, Jessie Ada McNeil, Sarah Brady, Fannie Pearl and Helen Gowdy; and her niece Latrisha Gowdy.
She is survived by: her sons, Marco Roberts (Jaunette) of Kenosha, WI and Marvin Lee Roberts of Sandusky; her grandchildren, David, Damarius, Destiny, Dakota, Anthony, Iris, Marricco (Kayla), Ira Jr., Steven (Amber), TyResha, Jamal, Mika, Malika, Marquan, Marquez, Marcelle, Moriet, Maresha and Jamarius; her brothers, Harvey Lee Nicholson (Betty) of Sandusky, Rev. Eugene Nicholson (Betty) and James Henry Nicholson of New Orleans, LA; her godsons, Alvie McKinnley and Ray Roberts III; and also, Curtis L. Johnson, Jr., Cherrie, Mary Nicholson-Tyler of Lithonia, GA, Marlene Johnson (Ira) of Stone Mountain, GA and Marice Robinson (Bishop Steve) of Lorain. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
