It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Kapalin II (Lorain, Ohio), born in Cambridge, Ohio, who passed away on July 15, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Kapalin; and his parents, Frank Kapalin and Katherine Kapalin. He is survived by: his sons, Charles Kapalin III of Lorain, Richard Kapalin of Amherst, Mark Kapalin (Sheryl) of Lorain and Michael Kapalin of Lorain; his grandchildren, Ryan, Hannah, Elaine and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Silvestre "Sonny" Duran of Marion, IA, Robert Kapalin (Carol) of Lorain, Mel Kapalin (Mary) of Lorain and Agnes "Aggie" Matibag (Victor MD) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
