He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Wilhelm Stohrel and Violet Eleanor Stohrel; his wife Rebecca Ann Stohrel; his son Charles F. Stohrel Jr; his grandson Joseph Byrd; his siblings, William Stohrel of California, Zelma Kurilich of Brunswick and Helen "Honey" Brown of Willoughby; and his children, Richard Stohrel (Davida) of Sheffield, Linda Chapin (Tom) of Elyria, Pamela Greene of Randolph and Nancy Pawlowski (Steve) of Amherst. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
