He is survived by: his nephew Brian Mitchell (Cristina); his great-nephews, Aaron, Emeka, Lil Brian and Mateo; his great-niece Sherida Mitchell; his children, Eugene of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Jasmine Mitchell of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Autry Mitchell (Maggie) of Anderson; and his siblings, Elmer Mitchell (Sharon), Damon Mitchell, Dion Brown and Aaminah Ussabur (Abdul Rauf). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
