She was predeceased by: her husband Frank Zajac, Sr.; her parents, Gregory Balogh, Sr. and Margaret Balogh; her brother Gregory Balogh, Jr.; her nephew Jerry White; and her niece Tara Balogh.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bonnie White of Huron, Judy Balogh of Lorain, Linda Reyes of Lorain, Pam Roth (Bill) of Wakeman, Darlene Turizziani (Brian) of Wakeman and Frank Balogh of Lorain; her close friend Maria Velazquez; and her pet German.
