She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Pincura and Mary Pincura. She is survived by: her husband Gerald R. Palermo; and her children, Becky Walters (Frank), Michael Palermo (Kari Phillips) and Karen Denman. She is also survived by six grandsons along with three great grandchildren.
