We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2022, at the age of 88, Carmen P. Ortiz of Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Pedro Ortiz Sr.; her son Jorge Ortiz; and her parents, Virgil Beltran and Juanita Beltran. She is survived by: her children, Pedro Ortiz Jr. (Olga), Miguel Ortiz (Delores), Gerardo Ortiz, Victor Ortiz, Carmen Rodriguez (Angel), Maria Mercado and Jessica Ortiz; and her sister Luisa Toledo. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
