It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmen M. Ortiz (Lorain, Ohio), born in Rio Grande, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Wilfredo Ortiz (Betty) of Lorain, Keith Reyes, Daisey Ramos (David) of Lorain and Myra Reyes; her siblings, Gerardo Cruz, Jr., Angelo Cruz, Alvin Cruz, Michael Cruz, Jose Cepeda of Lorain and Maria Lopez of Lorain; her husband Felix "Blackie" Rodriguez; her daughters, Carmen Martinez and Teresita "Titi" Perez; her sister Gloria Cruz; and her father William A. Thaden. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
