It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bryant Haskins Smith of Lorain, Ohio, born in Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Haskins Smith and Rachel Smith. He is survived by: his wife Julia A.; his sons, Douglas A. Smith (Susan) of Lorain and David J. Smith (Tammy) of Brecksville; his grandchildren, Caleigh, Garrett, Douglas, Megan, Madison and Mitchell; and his siblings, Clinton Smith (Brenda) and Ruth Ann Braxton (Ernest). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
