He was predeceased by: his wife Mae Davis; his parents, James and Amanda; and his sisters, Alene and Shirley.
He is survived by: his children, Dwayne (Crystal), Jason (Gina), Tara (Jeremy) and Amanda (Russ); and his pet Blue. He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great grandchild.
