She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bair and Frances Bair; her siblings, Betty, Jean, Wanda, Joyce, Blake Bair, Clare Bair and James Bair; and her granddaughters, Jordan and Dana.
She is survived by: her spouse Earl Smith; her children, Ann Smith Horta, Lisa Marino (Chuck), Monica Jurczynski (Rick), Amy Coleman (Gary) and Leonard Smith (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Timothy, Chris, Patrick, Morgan, Aiden and Connor; and her brothers, Robert Gordon Bair, Charles Bair and Donald Bair.
Born: June 25, 1933 Died: February 14, 2018 Beverly Ann Smith (nee Bair), passed away at Avon Oaks Nursing Home on the evening of February 14, 2018 following a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's disease.
