She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pasko and Anna Pasko; and her husband Demetrius Darin Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Demetrius "Dee" Darin III (Alexis), Kevin Darin and Victoria "Vicky" Medina; her grandsons, Kevin Darin and Frankie Medina; her great-nephew Shawn Simko; and her great grandchild Louie Darin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made in Betty's name to the Animal Protective League, 8303 Murray Ridge Rd, Elyria, OH 44035.
