She was predeceased by: her parents, Alan Wormer and Celia Van Wormer. She is survived by: her children, Anthony Simboli (Andrea Kistner) of Lorain, James Mezatasta, Jr. (Karen) of Parma, Lorraine Kruman (Tony) and Jacqueline Mezatasta; her grandchildren, Maddy Simboli, Hunter Simboli, Taylor Kruman, Reno Kruman, Carl Mezatasta, Gina Mezatasta, Barbie Dalzel, Steven Mezatasta and Jessica Malady; her brother Terry Van Wormer (Mary Lou) of Prescott; and her spouse James C. Mezatasta.
