She is survived by: her children, Sammantha Cullen (Jamie Rivera Sr) of Lorain and Jerry Cullen of Lorain; her grandchildren, Khloe Rivera, Jamie Rivera Jr and Enzley Rivera; her mother Mariette Shank of Amherst; and her siblings, Rev Robert Shank Jr (Debbie) of Wadsworth, Bonnie Hall of Amherst, Brenda Havas of Vermilion, Becky Barris (Doug) of Wellington and Barbie Shank (Duane Sagert) of Lorain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
