She is survived by: her husband Anthony Kushinski; her sons, Richard Kushinski (Amy) of Wellington, Keith Kushinski (Joan) of Lorain, Kevin Kushinski (Julie) of Elyria, Brian Kushinski (Lynn) of Elyria, Terry Kushinski (Wendy) of Lorain and Christopher Kushinski of Elyria; and her sisters, Maxine White (Dennis) of Amherst and Judy Dobo (Steve) of Amherst. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
