He is survived by: his daughters, Breann Mahaffey and Justis Mahaffey; his mother Geraldine Mahaffey; and his siblings, Frances Brown, Marie Carlson (Ron), William "Willie" Mahaffey (Margaret) and Robbie Mahaffey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
