She was predeceased by: her husband Richard P. Shullick; her daughter Kayleen Brazina; her parents, Andy Collins and Velma Collins; and her siblings, Roy Collins and Clydus Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wayne Collins of Hico, Richard "Jinx" Shullick (Cheryl) of Amherst and Nancy Danese (Mario) of Avon; her son-in-law Dr. Ernie Brazina; her grandchildren, Beth Fennell (Jeff) of Avon, Matthew Brazina of Cleveland, Justin Shullick, Jared Shullick, Anna Barrington (Brendan) of Shaker Heights, Marissa Arundel (David) of Westlake, Mark Danese (Kelli) of Lakewood and Matthew Danese; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Kennedy, Blake Fennell, Isabella Arundel and Sloane Shullick; and her siblings, Winnie Watson of Texas and Johnnie Gail Harlan (Seth) of Oklahoma.
All visitors will be required to wear facial coverings and guests are asked to follow the Covid-19 Protocol displayed at the funeral chapel entrance and throughout the building.
