He is survived by: his close friend Andrea "Poo" Kistner; his daughter Maddy Montague (Tyler) of Moab; the parent of his child Jacque Simboli of Elyria; his son Hunter L. Simboli of Elyria; his siblings, James Mezatasta (Karen) of Parma, Lorraine Kruman (Tony) of Lorain and Jacqueline Mezatasta of Lorain; and his nieces and nephews, Ciarra Thompson, Taylor Kruman and Reno Kruman.
