He was predeceased by: his daughter Amaryllis; and his parents, Angel Diaz and Loretta Clarke. He is survived by: his children, Arieana and Anthony C. Diaz, Jr.; and his siblings, Darren A. Diaz, Clayton A. Diaz (Alexa Ungarsky), Natasha M. Diaz (Dustin Messer) and Lisa M. Diaz (Rafael Maldonado). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
