She was predeceased by: her parents, Thornton Castile and Pearlie Gardner-Castile; her husbands, Hilman Lindsey, Sr. and Thomas Wright; her sons, Robert Lindsey (Rocket) and Wilbert Lindsey; her brothers, R. T. Castile (Corrine), Robert Collins (Catherine), Sam Collins, James Castile (Alberta) and John Castile (Bessie); her great grandchild Johnny DeSean Smith, Jr.; and also Kerel Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Hilman Lindsey (Myrdis) of Woodmere, OH., Kelvin Lindsey (Barbara) of Columbus, OH. and Beverly Roberts (Willie Ray) of Sandusky, OH.; her stepson Anthony Wright; her children, Artie Castile, Gregory Collins (Carolyn) and Gloria Garr (Rob); her friends, Mike Cline and Mary Bond of Seville, OH.; and her sister Sadie Mae Williams. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
