It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna Holoweckyj (Lorain, Ohio), who passed away on October 4, 2019, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Petro Holoweckyj; her parents, Jozif Baran and Antonia Baran; and her adoptive father Pieter Michalski. She is survived by: her son William M. Holowecky of Lorain; her granddaughters, Rachel and Brandi; and her siblings, Mieczyslaw Dabek of Lorain and Maria Pedrak of Poland.

Her family suggests memorial contributions to St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 3038 Charleston Ave., Lorain, Ohio 44055.
