She was predeceased by: her husband Gary Fields; her parents, Albert Phillips and Mary Frances Montgomery; and her siblings, Richard Montgomery, Preston Montgomery, Edgar Phillips Sr., Linda Montgomery, Willa Mae Armor, Eugenia Poleate, Kate Benjamin and Mary McMillan.

She is survived by: her siblings, Walt Montgomery, Ruthie Ward, Jerry B. Montgomery, Jean Hopkins, Robert Montgomery, Theresa Harris (Rommie), Janice Montgomery and Hazel Montgomery (Jim Hill).
