She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Braleski and Pauline Braleski; her husband Edward Prosak; her son John Prosak; her great grandchild Tim Galla; and her siblings, Mary Malick, Theresa Vaughn, Henry, Lloyd and Lawrence Braleski.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Coller (Jim) of Broadview Heights, Noreen Paffumi of Medina, Alan Prosak (Donalynn) of Medina and James Prosak (Cheryl) of Dandridge, TN; and her daughter-in-law Kim Prosak of Elyria. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren.
