Cieslak (Peyton Cooksey); his great grandchildren, Colton and Mary Kate Cieslak; and his siblings, Ethel Slone of Columbus, Carolyn McDaniels of Columbus, Edgal Bradley (Charlene) of Kentucky and Thomas Bradley (Maria) of Idaho.
