It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alicia S. Carter (Lorain, Ohio), born in Elyria, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2019, at the age of 46, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather Isaac Maxwell; and her mother-in-law Annie Rose Carter. She is survived by: her husband Cornelius Reginald Carter; her daughters, Brandi Carter, Samaria Carter and Maliyah Cater; her stepsons, Adrian Carter and Justin Carter; her parents, Bob Lovejoy and Debra Lovejoy; and her brother Bobby Lovejoy.
