He was predeceased by: his parents, Leopoldo Garcia and Betty June Garcia; and his brother Harley Conley. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Garcia, Gregory Garcia, Larry Garcia, David Garcia, Victor Garcia, Abel Garcia, Marie Elizabeth Behnke and Brenda Colosi. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
