He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Volak and Carmella Volak (DiLillo); and his former wife Aldemira "Mim". He is survived by: his wife Judith; his son Albert Volak (Jennifer) of Lorain; his stepson Michael Singer (Janet) of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Xavier, Sophia, Alexander, Brandon and Anna; and his siblings, Anthony Volak of Lorain, Bruce Hambly of Vermilion Township and Mary Beattie of Lorain.
