She is survived by: her husband Sean Burkes; her children, Nate Burkes (Jaslyn), Preston Burkes, Ceanna Burkes, Anastasia Burkes and Michael Burkes (Angelique); her grandchildren, Serena, Janiya, Natai, Jalin and Laylah; and her siblings, Margaret, Sheila, James, Thomas, Milton, Gwen, Rose, Janette, Dorothy and Lavonne.
