She is survived by: her sons, Gene Staveski (Debrah) of Lorain and Randy Staveski of Amherst; her grandchildren, Nancy Udovich (Terry) of Vermilion, Melissa Staveski-Kane (Bob), Joseph Staveski, Claire Staveski, Tony Udovich, Terra McAdams (Tyler), Ryan Staveski and Nathan Kane; and her siblings, John Smitek of Avon and Carolyn Forthofer of Elyria.
