He is survived by: his children, Brian Collins (Jayne) of Long Bottom and Angela Collins Bissell of Marietta; his siblings, Shirley Edwards of Reedsville and Charles Collins (Ann) of Reedsville; his grandchildren, Dakota Collins (Niki), Christopher Bissell (Baylie), Baylee Collins (Frankie) and Elayna Bissell; and his great grandchildren, Ally, Zoey, Holden and Aven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
