He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wesley Dunlap and Jenny Mae Dunlap; his sisters, Bertha Clemons, Stella Caldwell and Cleo Dunlap; his grandchildren, Brooke Dunlap and Dean Dunlap; his great grandchild Hannah Michael; and his daughters-in-law, Stacy Dunlap and Wanda Dunlap.
He is survived by: his wife Ila Mae Dunlap; his children, Michael David Dunlap of Londonderry, Ray Dunlap (Donna) of Londonderry, Linda Dunlap of Londonderry and Dean Dunlap of Ray Ohio; and his grandchildren, Brad Michael (Joanna), Bryan Brewer (Tracy), Ron Brewer (Francis), Deena Faulkner (Tom), Chad Michael (Kristie), Ryan Dunlap, Wesley Dunlap, Corey Dunlap, Charles Dunlap, Shanay Keller (Brian) and Tyler Dunlap. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren and 24 great, great grandchildren.
