He was predeceased by: his father Virgil C. Rinehart. He is survived by: his mother Patty J. Detty Rinehart; his brother Tony Rinehart (Lori) of Londonderry; his nephews, Kohl Rinehart of Clinton, TN and Casey Hertenstein of Londonderry; his niece Chelsi Wagner of Londonderry; his great-niece Maliya "Bubbles" Wagner; and his great-nephew Jaxon Smith.
