He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon H. Seitz and Marjorie Burt Seitz; his wife Joyce L. Shope Seitz; his daughter Lisa Tuttle; his brothers, Jerry R. Seitz and Roger W. Seitz; and his cousin Kathy Seitz.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Natalie Steele (Jacob) and Patrick O'Ryan; his great grandchild Harvey Steele; his stepgrandson Steven Clemmons; his brother Randy Seitz (Heidi); his son-in-law Shawn Tuttle; and his cousins, Kim Peck-Peoples and Linda Hopkins.
