He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Geraldine Payne. He is survived by: his wife Rita Cooper; his children, Shane Payne (Rhonda) of Dayton, Heather Imerson (David) of Canada, Dottie Congrove (Frank) of Chillicothe, Lee Leeson of Chillicothe, Kevin Leeson of Chillicothe and Christy Leeson (Joey Lindsey) of Chillicothe; his granddaughter Zoey; and his siblings, Jerry Payne of Waverly, David A. Payne (Karen) of Lebanon, Nancy A. Poling (Todd) of Laurelville and Martha L. "Lynn" Allen (Brad) of Venice, FL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
