He was predeceased by: his father Howard Carl Baxter. He is survived by: his mother Betty Glandon Baxter of Londonderry; his daughter Ashley Sloan of Florida; his siblings, Cindy Mavis (Fred) of Londonderry, Keith Baxter (Sheila) of Chillicothe and Greg Baxter (Laura) of Chillicothe; his niece Riley Baxter; his nephews, Chris Mavis (Kaci), Brandon Mavis, Nick Mavis, Maddox Baxter and Kacen Baxter; his great-nephews, Cain Mavis and Baylor Osborne; and his great-niece Khloe Mavis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
