He was predeceased by: his parents, Brackey F. Speirs and Rachel Rehm Speirs; and his sister Dorothy Kadel. He is survived by: his wife Judy Gilmore; his children, Michael Speirs (Cheryl) of Lancaster, Gregory S. Speirs (Maryjane) of Kingston, Toby Speirs (Libby) of Laurelville and Mark Speirs (Tammy) of Londonderry; his grandchildren, Kandi, Shawn, Sarah, Ryan, Matt, Jessica, Kelly, Kenzi and Stacie; and his sister Audrey Hill (Wilmer) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson.
