It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley A. Seifert of London, Ohio, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on February 7, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McKenzie and Lilly Bell McKenzie (Moreland); her husband Thomas Seifert; and her sons, Mark Hill and David Eldridge.
She is survived by: her children, C. Wayne Hill (Pamela), Sheri Wadlow (Donald) and Julie Hartley (Darren) of New London; her grandchildren, Candice, Kaylyn, Chance, Chelsea, Felicia, Taylor, Josh and Zach; and her great grandchildren, Rilee, Kinslee, Mason, Arya, Rowyn and Kylan.
