She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Bolin; her parents, Clarence Clemons and Ida Mae Clemons; and her siblings, William Clemons, John Franklin Clemons and Elizabeth Ann Horn.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jennifer, Opal Mescher (Fred), Alice Clemons (Jerry Taynor), Barb Denney (Roy), Richard Clemons (Connie) and Anthony Clemons (Pat); her son John A. Clemons; and her stepchildren, Jason and Jennifer Bolin. She is also survived by many step grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
