It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Jenkins of London, Ohio, born in Barberton, Ohio, who passed away on May 19, 2021, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Frank Zook and Ida Zook (Zveinden); her former husband Lyle M.; her granddaughter Alesha Hartle; and her brother Delmer Zook.
She is survived by: her husband Lyles Farm Shop; her son Randy Jenkins (Donna) of Columbus, OH; her grandson Nathan Jenkins (Alice) of London, OH; and her great grandchildren, Kaleigh Hartle, Zoie Brashear and Oscar Brashear (Makayla).
