He is survived by: his wife Jean Adrienne Cruise (Scott); his daughters, Beth Courter, Chris Coakley (Vic Butts), Lynn Horn (Luke), Jeannie Miller (Marvin) and Joy Hynus (Matt); and his siblings, James Cruise (Karen) of Milwaukee, Michael of Columbus, Ohio, Thomas of Columbus, Ohio, Robert Cruise of Columbus, Ohio and Susan K. Hughes (Ernest) of Logan, Ohio.. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; twenty one great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Donations are not necessary but can be made in Terry's name to Saint Jude Children's Hospital, 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105 – A charity that he and Jean have held dear to their heart and donated to regularly.
