She was predeceased by: her grandmother Margaret Tucker. She is survived by: her parents, Helen Farmer and Jim Farmer; her husband Jared S. Lehman; her children, Josh Richards (Katie) of Logan and Chereka Keyes of Logan; her stepson Austin Lehman of Logan; her grandchildren, Gage, Bo Richards, Ashlee Boucher, Alayiah Keyes and Braxton Lehman; and her sister Rhonda Carpenter (Randy) of Logan.
The family suggests donations in memory of Tracy be made to FairHoPe Hospice, 282 Sells Road, Lancaster, Ohio 43130.
