He was predeceased by: his siblings, Melinda Butler, Tami Miller, David Miller and Tina Belmonte. He is survived by: his son Eric C. Miller of Columbus; his siblings, Terry Miller, Cindy Schlaegel (Gary) and Mary Miller; his caregiver Yolanda Calvo; his close friends, Gene and Patty Cain; and his friends, Roger, Bob, Jackie and Bill. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
