She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wray and Ruth Helen Teal (Pickett); and her sister Mary Helen Tolliver. She is survived by: her siblings, Phillip Wray Teal (Jackie) of Logan, Ohio, Steven F. Teal of Logan, Ohio and Donna M. Greene of Lancaster, Ohio; her aunt Cindy Kay Johnson; and her friends, Allen Lehman and Joan Iles. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the Teal family suggests donations in Tammy's memory may be made to the Hocking County Humane Society, 36960 Hocking Drive, Logan, Ohio 43138.
