She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Specht and Marilyn Sue Bownes Specht; and her brother Michael Dale Specht. She is survived by: her husband John S. Chambers; and her siblings, Johnny Ray Specht (Deana) of Pendleton, Brad Specht (Lee Ann) of Logan and Kim Rutter of Nelsonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made in memory of Tammy Chambers to FairHope Hospice, 282 Sells Rd., Lancaster, Ohio 43138.
