He was predeceased by: his parent Dale Belknap; and his sister-in-law Cindy Belknap. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his siblings, Linda Crispin (Larry) and Ron Belknap; his sons, Steven Belknap (Andrew), Klein and Dale Belknap (Amber); and his grandchildren, Kendal, Austin, Hunter and Kristopher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
