It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rausch of Logan, Ohio, born in Allegheny, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 10, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Norman Rausch; her stepparents, William and Rose Walkanis; her sisters, Margaret Vardis and Rose Russell; and her nephew David Merritt.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Rausch (Cynthia) of Logan and Jeffery Rausch (Shelia) of Waxhaw; her granddaughters, Karen, Janice, Linda, Elizabeth, Michelle, Leah and Hannah; her siblings, Rudolph Melzer of Ridgway, John Melzer of Tarentum, Pennsylvania, Juliana Deemer (Douglas) of New Kensington and Dorothy; and her brother-in-law Lowell Peery of Logan. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
