She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Phillips and Ida Mae Jewell Phillips; and her brothers, Darrell Phillips and Billy Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Mark Weedy (Betty) of Carroll, Paul Weedy (Lisa) of Dahlonega, Georgia, Kathleen Wiseman (Charles) of Westerville, Chris Weedy (Jimmy Creech) of Raleigh and Becky Weedy of Logan; and her siblings, David Phillips (Judy) of Carroll, Ralph Phillips (Marie) of Fayetteville, Sharon Fairclough of Lancaster and Gertrude Fraber (Jerry) of Mt. Victory. She is also survived by six grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
