He is survived by: his sons, Rudy VanBibber Jr. of Logan, Tracy VanBibber (Jody) of Union Furnace and Rick Shugert (Amber) of Thornville; his grandchildren, Corder, Riley, Maleigha, Caden and Beau; and his sister Ginger Perry (Eddie) of New Straitsville.
