He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Garner and Ruth Ann Tolliver Garner. He is survived by: his sisters, Holly Moder of Logan and Heather Hoffman (Jason) of Logan; his nephews, Brendan and Aydan Moder; and his niece Chloe Hoffman.
