He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence DeLong and Beulah DeLong (Stevens); and his brother William DeLong. He is survived by: his wife Barbara DeLong (Pennington); his son Michael Joseph DeLong (Angela) of Logan; his stepsons, Michael Bowlby of Reynoldsburg and Kenneth Bowlby (Jessica) of Circleville; his grandchildren, Peyton and Allison DeLong; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler and Broc Bowlby; his sister Loretta Jane Meyer (Ted) of Huron, Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Kim Meyer, Matthew, Kelly Meyer, Pamela and Joe Lee; his great-nieces, Mia Meyer and Lucie Myer; and his great-nephew William Meyer.
